Line Cook
Main Dutie on the Job
-
Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes.
-
Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu.
-
Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out.
-
Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying level of activity.
-
Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination.
-
Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Housekeeping
Main Duties of the Job
-
Change bed linen daily.
-
Vacuuming
-
Dust all furniture.
-
Thoroughly clean the bathroom and kitchen.
-
Remove fingerprints and smudges.
-
Load / unload washing machines and dryers.
Front Desk Agent
Main Duties of the Job
-
Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome.
-
Recording guests information in the company’s database and directing them to their designated rooms.
-
Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings.
-
Organizing additional services for guests upon request (shuttles, dinner reservations, etc.)
-
Processing customer payments.
-
Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times.
Maintenance and Ground
Main Duties of the Job
-
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and should be in overall good physical health.
-
Ability to solve basic problems that may arise on the job.
-
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems in day to day tasks for the job.
-
Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work.
-
Ability to communicate any issues or problems to upper management while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed.
-
Ability to organize calendars and appointments especially in relation to regular required maintenance.
-
Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of appointments and requests at one time.
-
Ability to work in various different areas of the building and perform many different functions to keep the building in good standing.
Outside Services (Golf Caddie)
Main Duties of the Job
-
Responsible for "Caddie" such as Member and Guest greeting, golf club washing, golf cart cleaning/maintenance, and driving range operation.
-
Assist with other duties as assigned by the golf professionals.

Interact and assist Members and guests on various issues.
-
Must have very good time management and organizational skills.

Proven ability to work effectively within a team management structure.

Excellent public relations skills.

Must excel in customer service skills.
Baquet Porter
Main Duties of the Job
-
